Directions: Take 55 South until it ends and becomes Newport Blvd. Continue on Newport Blvd. for approximately 5 miles. After crossing over the PCH/Hwy 1 Bridge, make an immediate left at the first light onto Via Lido (stay in far left lane). Drive approx. 50 ft and turn left into the brick building, this will take you to either to the parking structure or the parking meters (Spaces are subject to availability & only valid up to TWO hrs). Walk down the brick road until you see a Large Black Wrought Iron Clock. We are directly behind Blackman Jewelers down the breezeway on your right before you get to the water. Look for the Pirate by our door.
